London AQFA Checker for ChatGPT

Ask ChatGPT "is SE1 8UL in an Air Quality Focus Area?" and this plugin checks the address against the Greater London Authority's Air Quality Focus Areas. It tells you:

• whether the site is inside a Focus Area, or how far away the nearest one is
• whether it is also inside an AQMA
• what London Plan Policy SI 1 means for a planning application there: an air quality assessment, Air Quality Neutral, and design measures to reduce exposure, for major, minor or householder development

It's an indicative screening, not an air quality assessment. For a site-specific assessment, ask Air & Flood Consultants for a quote or read about air quality assessments in London.
